Her work spans employee relations, total rewards, leadership coaching, organizational change, investigations, and HR strategy, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to the mission of building healthier workplaces.

Devon brings a rare combination of military discipline and entrepreneurial agility to every client she serves. With a background spanning military operations and the Oregon cannabis industry, she built her consulting practice around one core belief: that great leaders need a steady operational foundation beneath them. As an Executive Assistant and Operations Specialist, Devon handles the behind-the-scenes work that keeps businesses moving so the people leading them can focus on what matters most.

She brings professional-level knowledge of employment law with a deep commitment to building people-centered organizations that are compliant, equitable, and strategically aligned. Skye is equal parts seasoned practitioner and self-described HR nerd who genuinely loves the work.

Dawn is an experienced HR leader with more than 15 years of helping organizations build strong, scalable HR operations that support both people and performance. Her expertise includes HRIS implementation, payroll, benefits, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development, with a talent for turning complex processes into practical, sustainable systems. Dawn brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every engagement, partnering with leaders to strengthen infrastructure, improve the employee experience, and create HR functions that enable organizations to grow with confidence.
Lead Graphic Designer & Editor
Blake Noble
Blake is a high school student and talented graphic designer with a creative eye for clean, engaging visuals. As a DECA student with an interest in business and marketing, he enjoys combining design with strategy to create graphics that help organizations communicate their message. Blake supports the Trauma Informed HR team by developing branded materials, social media graphics, presentations, and other visual assets that bring ideas to life. His attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn make him a valuable part of the team.

Kat Aizen
Kat is a high school student and DECA competitor who supports the creative side of Trauma Informed HR by transforming ideas into polished, client-ready materials. She assists with presentation design, slide formatting, and visual content, bringing a thoughtful eye for organization, consistency, and detail. Kat also contributes creative concepts and design ideas, helping ensure every resource is both engaging and professional. Her collaborative approach and strong work ethic make her a valuable member of the team.
